Harry Potter is it all story and no authors craft or is it all authors craft and no story?

Harry Potter has had seven spectacular books and has made me want to read anything J.K Rowling writes. But I think in the last book she incorporates a new writing stile, one that is soft and really unpleasant to read. On the other hand she does a great job telling you the story but she has a very rushed way of writing it. Which made me realize that a book like Lord of the Rings is much better written. So there for I should say that series is better than Harry Potter. The answer is NO Harry Potter my be written worse than Lord of the Rings, but it still has better ideas and twists than any book series ever written. You see I'm not criticizing J.K Rowling's ability to write. All what I am doing is just making a point that the reason the seventh book doesn't get the praise that it deserves is her J.K's writing craft is weaker than her "competition".
If you do thorough research you trace back things all the way from the Iliad. For example Hermione is a name of a smart and care free character in the Iliad, which sounds extremely familiar to the Hermione we know in Harry Potter. That fascinates me to the extent that it makes me wonder if J.K stole the idea or thought it would fit into the story in a way that would lighten up the story. I think this isn't stealing the name but actually making it more fun and it shows that she knows her literature.
I can't even count the times that I would wish to be a student in Hogwarts and wish that I could go in and fix the ministry. But the truth of the matter is I am a muggle with a useless dream of one day picking up a wand and casting a spell.

Harry Potter is he really THE CHOSEN ONE?!!

This is my third time I  have read Harry potter and the Deathly Hallows! The things that I am now starting to realize is that Hogwarts has nurtured and built up Harry's ego into such great lengths that he seems now like a second "Tom Riddle". A Tom that is being nurtured and brought up to be in the right hands and it almost feels like trial and error for Hogwarts. They kind of knew what not to do with Harry! Now what if Tom was treated with as much as respect as Harry has been getting I think that he would of became a first rate wizard and not how Voldemort is betrayed today.
The Deathly Hallows reveals allot about Harry's past and actual state of mental being because he is constantly going threw multiple changes threw the book. But every time he is thrown to a challenge or faces a death of a close friend or a "mentor" he always bounces back and is ready to fight. You really start to realize that he is actually the real chosen one and no matter if anybody else was in his shoes I think they would either go crazy or have a mental breakdown. Which shoes that his sanity and constant ability t obey nice to anybody no matter who they are or where they come from is indeed humbling and makes you wish that there were more Harry's in this world one that stand up to other people no matter who they are!
His role as a hero far beyond goes further past his ability to Analise and teach a person how to protect themselves from all of  harms way. Part of teaching them protection is teaching them success and how to make you feel comfortable no matter who you are. The amazing thing is the job that Dumbledore did by raising Harry as a son and as a student making him feel special but also keeping him on his toes. You know that world is allot more how our world should be! In the magical world of Harry Potter if You want to do something you just do it!
